Highest is 3/10 and this only for the fresh water with a great pressure and their quick responses. Asked if the bedsheet and pillow covers were clean which they replied with "yes" after checking in, got to see stains all over which they then changed but was no better. Both the mattress and pillows were so stiff which ruined my sleep. After complaining they offered a blanket to put it under the bedsheet to make it comfortable which removed the stiffiness by 10%.
