Taco Bele (Test of spicy) New — Restaurant in Dhaka Metropolitan

I went there on 4th April, 2023. I went at around 2pm and placed my order immediately after that. I ordered "Spicy chicken Burrito". They took forever to serve the food. The price was 320taka. Definitely it was extremely overpriced. I won't be willing to pay even half of that price for such a Burrito.

They took forever to serve the food. It took them over half an hour. I was really disappointed. And when I got my Burrito... Only the tortilla was freshly made and hot. The filling inside was cold– I could clearly taste that they put fillings from the freezer directly onto the tortilla and just wrapped it up. The Burrito wasn't even heated up properly. They took 30+ minutes to serve my food, but yet, they didn't have enough "time" to heat it up properly. I was utterly disappointed. The chicken filling didn't taste frest either.

The quantity/size of the burrito wasn't enough. It's enough to feed one person, but if you compare the size with the money... It was definitely smaller than I expected. Nothing about this Burrito was tasty. And it definitely didn't have any "authentic Mexican food" taste.

I highly unrecommend this place. I am never going here again.

I have been going to this place since 2010 or 2011- I can't even remember. I practically grew up with this restaurant as I dined here during all my visits to Bashundhara City. It has been a lovely gem amongst all the common food stalls that sell the same old tasteless pricy food. I absolutely love the taste of their food, and I have never experienced any bad service other than a little bit of delay on crowded days, which is still understandable. I only took away one star because I do not like the hogging atmosphere of Bashundhara food court, and while the taste of their items are amazing, the quality is not always the same. From time to time, I did receive food that tasted like it was not made out of the best ingredients. It is not the original Mexican taco Belle, but they do make it quite tasty like Mexican food. I believe you won't be disappointed if you give it a shot. My personal favorite is their taco Supreme & Cheese potato fries. Also, if you want a proper taco shell, do not go for the soft ones....

They are good but The taste going down and price is going up day by day.... I love their Fiesta Potato with garlic sauce. Some other dishes are great also, like- Sizzlers, Butter nan, handi biriyani. Just little sad because I didn't get that taste which I get 1 or 2 years before. Will request to increase attention on the taste of their foods and...
