Note, their online booking price is often fake. I arrived with a 7 day booking only to be scammed and told that it was a "mistake" and that they forgot to contact me. They then attempted to charge me $53 per night (laughable) which was eventually reduced to approximately $17 per night (which was still more than what most people pay). I was then given a room filled with cockroaches that had a burst pipe, so the room was flooding every few hours. After complaining multiple times I moved to another room for the remaining 5 days and thereafter everything was ok. The breakfast was decent and all the staff except that one super rude receptionist were nice. The WiFi, however, worked only 15% of the time, so I had to use my mobile data for the duration of my 7 day stay. This hotel don't deserve to be called a 3 star hotel, the hotel management is so poor that you can't imagine, specially the helpdesk, room condition wasn't good I found bed bug inside the bed sheet also their washroom was so dirty !! In the room the most annoying thing was AC it doesn't work properly but the food quality of the hotel restuarent was good also the room service. Another major issue was WiFi : low range router, each time we called the help desk they said our technician is on the way to fix it but got the same issue till the check out, apart from all they shut down the main door before 10 !! wow and they don't serve any snacks or any other food services in Night. it's a worst class hotel to stay in, would prefer others to go out for better...
