Hotel Musafir - হোটেল মুসাফির — Hotel in Sylhet Division

My family and I just had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Musafir. We booked a family deluxe room for four nights and five days, and I can't recommend this hotel enough, especially for families looking for a comfortable and stress-free vacation. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely top-notch. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was a breeze, and they were always ready to help with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or just a simple request for extra towels. The level of care and attention made us feel truly valued throughout our entire stay. The family deluxe room was a highlight. It was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating all four of us without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, the room was impeccably clean, and it had everything we needed to feel at home. It was the perfect retreat for us to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city. We were so impressed with the quality and comfort. Overall, our experience at Hotel Musafir was outstanding. My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the staff were rude and unwelcoming—there were no greetings, no smiles, and no sense of hospitality. I was shocked by the restrictions placed on guests; I wasn’t allowed to go out freely and was told I had to be back by midnight or I’d be locked out. This was never communicated beforehand.

There was no breakfast included, and when I asked the staff to help me get some food, I was charged an absurdly high amount. On top of that, I was told my room would be cleaned, but no one ever showed up. When I asked about it, the staff responded with excuses and an unprofessional attitude, telling me I should “understand their situation” instead of taking responsibility.

Overall, the experience was unpleasant and stressful. I ended up leaving and booking a different hotel. I would not recommend this...

It was such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! Completely clean, adequate space. Room service provided an effort to keep up the good job. They offered good quality accessories on request and assisted us from arrival to the end. I'll definitely recommend Hotel Musafir if you want the best accomodation experience in the most affordable price!
