I GUARANTEE YOU, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SLEEP IN THIS HOTEL.
Unfortunately, it is shame for Sylheti people, I can't write this review by using my real name, as they are using local politicians and gangsters to stop people reaction on their services.
All doors are old school, and no privacy; you can even see inside the room from those doors and while anyone was making bit sound inside their own room we were clearly hearing those crying baby, arguing, shouting… The lobby of the hotel are not soundproof as well therefore, if anyone was passing by we were listening, to be honest, the hotel lobby is a kinds playground, I was calling / requesting to the manager at 2am in the morning to ask their guest to stop making noise in the lobby. And Just please don't ask me the noise coming from the road and Mazar / Dar-Ghah because low quality window glass finings, it is just HORRIBLE. EVEN THE PARADISE WILL BE FEEL HORRIBLE IF YOU WILL HAVE A BAD NIGHT SLEEPING. MULTI ETHNIC CUSINE: Please don't be fooled to Multi ethnic cuisine, you won’t be able to order anything from the menu, specially in breakfast you will have only Bangladeshi style breakfast, very poor quality white bard, bit jelly and so called coffee. PICK AND DROP: it is a Scam. Once you will pay them, they will charge you BDT 2000/- for pick and drop. It is not free. In reality the cost it just BDT 500/600 only with any private transportation. After talking with their manager, I feel like, it is very unfortunate, THEY HAVEN'T GOT THE CULTURE OF HOTEL SERVICE. IT IS...
Read moreTo the Management of Hotel Grand Mostafa,||||I regret to inform you of my disappointment with the restaurant management under Mr. Rajon's supervision. During my recent three-night stay at your hotel, I observed several concerning issues that significantly impacted my dining experience.||||Mr. Rajon's poor management capabilities were evident throughout my stay. He was conspicuously absent during breakfast service, and during dinner, he was often found seated at a corner table, engrossed in his mobile phone. This lack of presence and concern for guests is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant's reputation.||||Furthermore, Mr. Rajon failed to address a complaint regarding the quality of the fish served, displaying a disregard for guest satisfaction. His demeanor, characterized by a ruddy face and a reluctance to engage with guests, further exacerbated the situation.||||Moreover, the unfriendly attitude of the restaurant waiter mirrored Mr. Rajon's lack of hospitality, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere for diners. They don't care their guest. But hotel quality is very good.||||While I commend the excellence of the room service and reception during my stay, I believe urgent action is required to rectify the shortcomings in the restaurant management. I strongly urge management to consider replacing Mr. Rajon with a more capable and guest-focused manager to ensure a positive dining...
Read moreDo Not Trust Hotel Grand Mostafa for Your Special Events!||||I had the unfortunate experience of arranging a wedding party at Hotel Grand Mostafa, and it was an absolute disaster. The event was extremely poorly organized, with food shortages, incompetent management, and to top it off, a generator that wasn't even functioning. The restaurant manager, Mr. Rajon, was completely disorganized and lacked any semblance of competence. In fact, I strongly believe he should be fired immediately for his inability to manage such an important event.||||The overall management of the hotel is abysmal, and it's clear they have no regard for their customers' satisfaction. It felt like we were cheated out of a proper celebration, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone for any occasion. Save yourself the headache and disappointment, and find a more reliable and professional venue for your special events. Avoid Hotel Grand Mostafa...
