-One star only for the girl that is friendly and helpful with all that you need. The owner( old man ) need to learn a lot about modals, how treat a customer. -The room is frizzing, is no heater. Need to pay more - the breakfast is 1 bread with jam and butter, and some cereal and yogurt (if you ask for more, they put angry) poor breakfast -found hair in the bed, disgusting -the price is too high for what it is -if booking charge you 10 BOB, is 10 BOB. No 11 or 12. They used the calculator, in the way they wanted. Charge you more that booking said.

Stayed 3 nights here, lovely experience, great breakfast and nice area to chill with the lovely dogs Luna and Ciara. The room gets cold at night but nothing the blankets can't solve. We got unwell while in copacabana and they kindly let us stay extra days until we felt better.

I visited in July; the location was ideal, and the host was both friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the spacious garden, perfect for relaxing in the sun with a delightful cup of coffee.

The property is located a short walk away from Plaza 2 de Febrero and the Basilica de Nuestra Señora de Copacabana, in what seems to be a quieter residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre (especially on a weekend).

Our room was spacious, clean and cosy. The hot shower worked decently, which was essential during the chilly nights. The included breakfast was basic but sufficient (consisting of a jam/cheese toast, a piece of bread, and some cereal/yogurt that we can take, as well as coffee/tea).

There was also a lot of open areas in the property. We could hang out there after checkout while waiting for our bus. It was also nice that there are shared bathrooms we could use while doing so.

Wifi was on the slow side (but still functional) especially from our room.

Note that there is a short but steep slope near the property, which you will have to walk up if you want to get to the city centre. Enough to huff and puff given the altitude. Not a big deal for us, but might be a challenge for those with...

We stayed here for a week to rest and catch up on work, and also to check out Copacabana. It was a beautiful place with a large garden area, and the room was big and clean. The bathroom had a hot shower which worked well. The parking was secure and we were able to have our motorbikes close to the room which was useful. The breakfast was lovely with juice/fruit, fresh bread, butter, jam, as much coffee and tea as you wanted plus eggs for an optional 5 BOB. The area was very quiet yet only a short walk into the main tourist areas. The family who owns it are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you want a relaxing...
