A faulty towers like hostel. Embarrassingly had a member of house keeping staff enter the room without knocking while getting dressed. Rooms are outdated and shabby, Looks ok from the outside but interior looks more like a retirement home. Staff are unprofessional and not what you would expect from a five star hotel. The only positive is the wifi is fast and the window opens. On checkout I was accused of stealing the tv remote (but it was in the drawer).

On Expedia it says that hotel is 4stars but here in La Paz on building hanging 5 stars hotel 😀😂 We came to the restaurant around 22.20 ordered chicken soup and other meal. Soup looks like max 1 star restaurant. Huge pieces of chicken, potatoes and carrot!!! Taste 3 points from 10. Sad for 4-5 stars hotel. Our bed sheets was dirty or not cleaned property, sad!!!

Although not the most luxurious hotel, it probably is one of the best in la Paz. The hotel staff is great, help you open doors, prepared a breakfast bag for me since I had to leave before their actual breakfast started. Also located in walking distance to their main downtown area. The walls are a little thin but overall I’m happy with my stay.

We arrived at La Paz airport at 3 am local time so it was a great relief to reach the Hotel Europa about an hour after landing and to be immediately allocated a room. We managed to get up for breakfast around 8 which was a substantial buffet, well organised and managed. The hotel is 5 star by local standards, centrally situated just off the main road through the city and indeed the major road to and from the airport. Very convenient and a short walk in one direction takes you to the main square of the city and the Witches Market and in the opposite direction to Sopocachi with many bars and restaurants. The hotel was relatively quiet and, like many businesses, still recovering from the Covid lockdowns and disruption. So the spa and pool service were not operating and nor was one of the restaurants. The main restaurant, the Bistro, lacked character and atmosphere perhaps but was perfectly adequate and inexpensive. Staff at reception were always helpful and it was possible to change money there or access ATM's across the city. We found it difficult to locate good quality restaurants but could recommend the Pasona Hotel and we found a charming backpacker hotel called HowMe/Selina on Ave 20 Octubre. Very satisfying food and very inexpensive. All in all a very convenient and comfortable location. Visitors should definitely take a ride in the cable car system that surrounds La Paz. Thrilling and with...

This is in three parts - the good, the bad, and the ugly. THE GOOD - its location just off the Main Street in La Paz. The room was spacious with a nice desk area, tons of storage and closet space to hang things and best of all was the heated floors. Oh the joy when your feet feel the heat radiating up, especially when you get out of the shower. Fantastic. THE BAD - this is NOT a fault with the hotel, but there is no nearby food or grocery stores unless you walk 15 minutes or so to the Hipermart. There are nearby places to get water but they are tiny little spaces. THE UGLY - while they have a breakfast Buffy (and it is good) the restaurant only opens when there is a big enough conference at the hotel. They also forgot my wake up call, fortunately I travel with my own alarm. I...

The hotel website advertised the Spa as a relaxing experience |Price is double of other saunas in the area|We were gladly surprised about the cleanliness and the facilities.|We were first in the area|The first hour was great and we were able to enjoy the dry and steam saunas as well as the jacuzzi |After that three women walked in with their kids.|From then on was a nightmare.|They did not stop shouting, running and jumping in the pool. |Their mothers were also very loud.|Although it was posted in the changing rooms that lotions and cream were not allowed they used different kinds of creams before entering the saunas.|No relaxation at all.|They should tell clients upfront that kids are allowed and that the facilities are their...
