In Summary-||A five star hotel with nice rooms and very nice pools but the hotel has too many issues (no warm water, disappointing food, leaking shower, no wet sauna ...)||Would return if they fix the problems or reduce the price||||In Detail-||This hotel is apparently new (opened January 2012).||It appears that less than 30% of the rooms are built and therefore the hotel is operating in smaller scale.||||The hotel is located next to a small forest and is quite relaxing (especially since the hotel can only be 30% occupied).||The pools of the hotel are very nice and enjoyable.||If you are looking for a relaxing experience in Caldas Novas away from the crowed, than this could be what you are looking for.||However the hotel had many issues.||||The good:||* The room is very nice||* The pools and area is very nice and relaxing (better than most hotels).||* There is a tiny forest area you can walk around the hotel. ||* The hotel does not have a lot of people and the pool area is not busy.||||The bad:||* The service had some issues- I had to request 4 times shampoo before I received any (we only received bar soap on arrival, which is quite ridiculous for a five star hotel).||||* The shower was leaking badly from the floor above to our shower and the hotel did not care about this. The plumber that came to check this already knew about this issue.||Perhaps the issue was slightly resolved, but it was still not satisfying as half of the stay it was leaking.||||* The shower did not have hot water. only slightly warm water, which I don't even consider warm. This was really a big disappointment. As I am not a big fan of cold showers.||||* The food in dinner was not very good at the beginning, and only when more guests arrived at the hotel it started to improve.||||* The wet sauna was not working and the hotel did not seem to be bothered about this.||||In general I must say that it felt like the hotel was operating in a small scale and therefore the service was not good and the food and facilities were lacking.||Only once more people arrived it started to improve (the food got better, the sauna operated...).||||To conclude, I enjoyed the pool and had a good time.||But for a five star hotel they have way too many problems.||They should start to care more about their guests and check if they...

And it was not just one room: we warned them after the first night and then switched to another room, only to experience the exact same thing. When we went to check out we let them know again about these issues, even showing them a recording of the noise, and the staff simply frowned and then let us know that they would charge us extra since they had miscalculated the total cost when we first got there. What kind of service is that? The pools were great but the place is overcrowded and they blast loud (and terrible) music all day long (so you can't really "chill", you just stay there a while and then go back to your room for silence). The wifi was terrible and did not work properly too. Even the first thing that happened when we got there was not positive: we showed them the reservation on our cellphones and they told us they were not valid as we needed to have them printed out. We have made reservations online for years now and this had NEVER happened - they always could find our reservations when we gave them our names and showed the reservations on our cellphones. Needless to say we are never going back to this place and although we had an enjoyable stay the staff certainly did not help with any of our issues. We recommend that they take better care of their clients, as we are not demanding customers but we simply NEEDED to let other people know after our terrible...
