Long story short - desk staff should learn basics if we are talking about dealing with guests but also gaining knowledge about work itself. Numerous problems with almost everything - demanding child birth certificate when we had passport, refusing taking payment with one of cards stating we will void payment after stay. When my wife said we should go somewhere else as there everything is a problem, stuff replied with sarcastic smile - there is few more places around and nobody gonna keep us there but we will be charged anyway. Highly unprofessional and childish. We had a chat with other couple regarding that matter and they share our concerns. I had problem with communication with other desk staff (no English at all) but he was trying so finally I get what i needed (using internet translator). Breakfast very basic and waiting staff were waiting till plates was completely empty to replace them with food. One slow coffee machine and queues to get some hot drinks instead of thermos or machine plus thermos. Car park very small, insufficient for size of that hotel. Rooms specious but hotel...

Tive que esperar meia hora para entrar no hotel porque não tinha quarto (executivo) disponível, sendo que deveriam ter me acomodado em outro se no booking fiz a reserva com bastante antecedência e eles não tinham outro quando cheguei. A gente chega super cansada da viagem para ter que esperar... Outros hóspedes que chegaram sem reserva foram atendidos na minha frente e ficaram em quarto executivo e eu tive que esperar, me indignei e questionei, ai logo arrumaram um quarto. Vamos aos problemas, tenho fotos.

Cheguei e já vi que as boas fotos do booking não condizem com o apto que fiquei. Frigobar com água quente por estar desligado. A caixinha na parede para colocar o cartão da porta e acender as luzes estava com mau contato e nada ligava no quarto. Liguei na recepção e pedi para verificar e o recepcionista duvidou que não tinha luz. Após trinta minutos e ninguém apareceu liguei de novo. Aí esperei mais trinta minutos mas fiquei tentando ver se eu resolvia o problema. Coloquei o cartão e prendi com esparadrapo, e consegui manter a luz do quarto.

Banheiro um cúbiculo. O vidro do box todo sujo. Descarga fraca e para descer so xixi tem que apertar duas vezes. Tinha tufo de cabelo perto da cama, provavelmente do hóspede anterior.

Tem um restaurante no hotel que funciona o café da manhã, café bonzinho até (no sábado estava bom, no domingo as frutas estavam passadas de velha e os sucos também, caiu qualidade, hoje estava bom mas com menos variedade). Tmbém servem almoço 44,00 por pessoa. Preferi comer no restaurante do shopping. Funcionários do restaurante super simpáticos e prontos.

This is a very basic hotel. More a business/corporate hotel than a travellers' stop over. ||We needed somewhere cheap and cheerful in order to catch the Tourist train to Morettes early the next morning.
