Pousada Recanto da Concha — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Ilhéus – Itabuna

I never shared my experience with this hotel, and now that I’m going back to brazil- and especially since the hotel refused to reimburse after what happened- I think it’s time. I went to Itacaré for 12 days in March 2024, and stayed in this pousada with a friend. Everything was great we felt comfortable, and extended our trip of few days to 10 days. My friend had to leave earlier than me, I thus ended up alone in my room. It was a quiet day, the hotel was empty except for me. The room which is on the ground floor was not closed, since my friend had left while I was sleeping ( also cause the security was great and we trusted the staff ). I woke up with the receptionist standing between my 2 glass doors, while I was in bed almost naked. He was standing literally on top of me at 40 cm from the bed. He then asked to join me in bed. I was frightened, stayed calm and grabbed my phone to call my friend. He then said « your friend is already in the bus anyway ». I have never been that scared in my entire life. I was lucky enough to have other friends in the village, and started calling them. He said he wanted to kiss a French girl. I reacted very calmly asking him to wait for me at the reception since I was still half asleep, while calling everyone I knew for Itacaré. He finally agreed to wait for me at the entrance. I ran to the bathroom, locked myself, and waited for my friend to come pick me up with all my stuff. The hotel refused to reimburse me later, and I had to fight for months and months with booking to get the 2 original nights booked through the app to get reimbursed. I’m not even sure they fired the person that did that to me. I did not want to post anything first cause it’s not fair for the rest of the staff, but honestly avoid this hotel if you are young women, especially if you are...

A princípio achei a pousada uma graça, Mas na verdade ela é muito mascarada Parece ser bem ventilada, porém quando fechamos a porta surge aquele cheiro de mofo sufocante! Tivemos uma experiência horrível, entramos às 17:00 e as 23:00 tivemos que ir embora por conta do cheiro de mofo que vem dos móveis e cortinas, chegamos a trocar de quarto, mas infelizmente também tinha cheiro forte, minha filha de 3 anos começou a passar mal. O vigia da noite, disse que todos os quartos eram assim, me senti enganada já que existiam outros quartos vagos! Entrei em contato com a pousada pela manhã, seguindo a orientação do próprio vigia, eu esperava que o gerente tivesse o bom senso e devolvesse pelo menos metade do valor, mas ele se negou! Então se você tiver criança pequena fujam dessa pousada, pq eles não pensam no hóspede, só pensam no dinheiro mesmo!

Fomos muito bem recepcionados, porém a sensação que tive é que o espaço não foi projetado para ser uma pousada, e sim uma galeria. Cama boa, porém faltou capricho na roupa de cama, estavam velhas e com buracos. A piscina que seria um atrativo a mais, estava turva sem condições de ser usada. Tem um pequeno estacionamento que cabe uns 5/6 carros. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso, com muitas opções e o pessoal da cozinha muito agradável. Tinha muitas muriçocas, o chuveiro só funcionava na temperatura muito quente ou frio e a bancada da tv estava suja. Falta capricho e cuidado e pouco de privacidade para...
