Mercure Joinville Prinz — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Joinville

I have been in the hotel for two nights with my wife and daughter. The check in was ok. But the room was old and the air conditioning device was terrible, badly located above and directed to the bodies on the bed.||But the worse reason is the lack of reliability. At the check out I asked to the recepcionist guy to check the room's bar to make sure what I had consumed. My family and I wait for minutes and we paid for all and each item that we took.||However, I had bought some drinks and let at the room's bar fridge. And I forgot 'em inside the minibar. As I live far away from the city, I just remembered the drinks when I was too far away to come back. But, I trust that the honesty and profissionalism should be observed by the hotel employes. They checked the room consume, I waited for it, and they did not warned me about the drinks that I've forgotten in there.||This action in a hotel makes the experience very unconfortable, cause it's hard to trust people that take guests' stuff for them. I hope I never need to stay in this...

I have stayed at the Mercure in Joinville every month, in the last two yeas, for business and it is aways a great experience. Although the hotel is a bit old and it is currently under renovation, the service is really good and makes it the best hotel in town. One episode that made me write this review has happened recently. I have lost my phone inside to the hotel, between breakfast and check out... and when I realised I was without the phone I became extremely worried believing that someone has taken it. With this situation at hand, the staff was fantastic. Enzo and Daniel at the front desk, helped me to calm down, get my computer, log in to apple find and finally find the phone at the parking lot They were mote than professional, they were kind and helpful. Therefore, I confidently recommend anyone who is going to Joinville to stay at...

Accor hotels offer good beds.||Stayed 2 nights at Mercure Prinz, located in Joinvile, Brasil.||Nice and quiet location. Service is good, as well restaurant.||||Room ar conditioning, sub-dimensioned and poorly positioned, forcing you to fix the directional fin to avoid the cold air flow directly towards you. ||Black-out curtains didn't close fully, preventing the room from going dark.||Living termites found in bathroom indicating that a wooden furniture may be compromised by them. ||Breakfast too too expensive - almost US$12/person/day, considering that my wife's and my stay costed me US$55 , wo breakfast. Mineral water expensive as well - US$1,25 per 200ml bottle. ||One elevator (from a set of 2) out of order for one night. Annoying!||||It's a worn-out hotel building that requires...
