I stayed here in February 2017 together with my friend for a short while. The location of the hotel is a little bit off. What is always weird for Europeans coming to Brazil, and this place is no exception: you need a car to get anywhere. It is not possible to walk much around and there is not much to see in the neighborhood. Like most places in Brazil also this area is built for cars and not for pedestrians. I think there is a lot of potential in this country to improve life for pedestrians :) but back to the hotel: this facilities are really great, the hotel seems pretty new and the whole building is in a nice condition. The front staff spoke English, which is not standard in Brasilia as I learned, so I was impressed! The room we got was on the top floor so we had a nice view over the area. Also it was pretty quiet because we were so far up. The room is very spacious, in fact it is more like an apartment. A separate living room and bedroom. Very comfortable beds and air condition in both rooms. The bathroom is nice but pretty small. The breakfast buffet is amazing. A very large selection of pastries, fruits and all other kinds. Very good selection considering it was included in the room rate! I can definitely recommend it. Read moreWe were very pleased with this hotel. We moved to here after staying one night at nearby S4 hotel. It was very convenient, the service was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We really acknowledge Gilberto, Dayane, and Gerson. They went above and beyond when we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. (They made great drinks!) The room was very clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was excellent. And the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a very nice hotel for the price. Our only disappointment is that the Intercity does not have a rewards loyalty program. We fully expect to return to the Aguas Claras Intercity on our next stay...

The only thing that I don't like is the room service, specifically because they come to late to clean and organise the room. Normally, as far as I know, hotels clean the rooms before lunch time, but here they come after 3pm, in the 14th floor, I mean. They have also lunch and dinner.
