Room no heater the mini fridge is very noisy. The whole night cannot sleep. Bed is good Quality. bathroom door design is ridiculous, I always got banged into the door.

Room Wi-Fi is sucks it disconnect every five minutes. And the speed is extremely low. talk to reception but reception has nothing to do with it.

Reception Jacqueline is very polite and helpful.

I Request for invoice so many times from front but front desk But they didn’t send to my email and I keep asking until three times they only send me. Dunno what name

Hotel Laundry service is perfect. Can get new clothes in 24 hours. Collect from room

Breakfast menu is very limited. BRL 77 for very limited variety of food and low quality fruits some of it is even spoil. Omelette counter is perfect coffee is perfect dessert and bread is perfect.

Location is just right but suitable for business purposes. Not suitable for leisure travel or families.

Hotel amenities is limited only gym room and sauna which nobody will use it. And it looks like very old or maybe secondhand one.

The whole feeling for the hotel is very quiet. Nobody staying. But in Agoda and Booking.com, it’s saying fully book.

The hotel located near the back street of business district. Is the housing area and I feel dangerous when nightfall. Nobody on the street street light is sometimes not working.

I usually talk uber to go hotel and the entrance is always block by divider and I don’t know why the divider will need to put in front of the entrance for no reason and it makes people need to pass through the divider to enter the main door.

Overall experience for this hotel 2 stars. Just because this hotel provide me a bed to sleep....

The hotel is in a good location, however very difficult to find. The employees are clueless. Parking does not belong to the hotel and employees don’t even know how it works. Hair dryer overheats and stop working after 5 minutes. In order to borrow a new hair dryer, you need to sign a term that you agree to be charged 200 dollars if you do not return. Same with a plug converter. Who would steal a hair dryer?? Bathroom leaks water all over as the shower is not as large as others Novotel and shower head seems to have been installed in the wrong place. Sofa bed isn’t a sofa bed. They just throw a flat sheet on top of something they call sofa. It’s really hard and impossible to sleep on. After one minute, the sheets were coming off, Manager on site is probably the worse possible manager a hotel can have. Little clueless kid that does not know how to deal with customers. It’s really unbelievable that this hotel is using the Novotel brand. I do not believe this hotel is lasting for too long, it’s very inexpensive for a Novotel, however the quality is not the same. I would not stay there. There are many options...

Good stay and comfort. Other than a city powercut and weather getting cold.. this hotel does not have heating if temperatures drop which is very uncommon for brazil. But not prepared for global climate change. I was a foreigner in city and to start had so difficulty communicating with people around with only english. Only one or two could speak or understand english. No much guidance or travel guides available in the hotel for new traveller to city, it's not hotels job but understanding a foreigner the hotel shall share Pro actively for better guest experiences I believe.

Tv was Not personalized to english, with no wifi working on tv to even log on to netflix, I requested help with staff, a guy came in to test they said it will be fixed in 30 mins , another day i called reception to fix it. and then I spent 20 days in this hotel with out wifi on tv though. So couldn't see any english content end of day.

Neighborhood might not feel safe at night to walk. So take uber if needed. Has security personal patrolling around area 24/7. So good...
