My husband and I traveled from the US to São Paulo at the beginning of February 2025. Although I grew up in São Paulo I had not been back for 20+ years. We were greeted by someone right away who helped us with our bags. Although we arrived before check in time (around noon) Rodrigo was gracious in checking us in and providing us with a room immediately. It was very helpful that the staff spoke English as my husband does not speak Portuguese. The bell boy made sure to show us how the elevator worked (use your key to access floors) and brought up our bags separately. The room (king bed) was large and included a sofa, 2 ottomans, side table and desk with a chair. Our only 'surpise' is that there is no dresser. There is a large closet with some shelving but no dresser. The bathroom was small but spacious enough for a shower, toilet (with bidet) and sink. Every day the staff was extremely courteous and very helpful! I really wanted to go to a local 'feira' (open market) and the staff connected me with someone who knew the area and directly me (perfectly) to the market. Rodrigo (front staff) went above and beyond throughout our stay (he deserves 5+stars!!!). He helped us find a local laundromat. In addition, he very patiently and thoroughly explained the best way for us to get to Av. Paulista using the bus and the metro (subway). As I was leaving he also gave me the hotel's what app number that I could call (and ask for him) if I was lost or needed additional help. He was so very helpful! Our stay included breakfast every morning which consisted of a buffet. The fruit was absolutely delicious! They also offered several hot selections, a selection of cakes/breads, yogurt, cereal and various coffees. A couple of days we were also offered an omelet that was made to order. We had to grab the luggage cart and haul the luggage can't uphill towards the front. When inside, we finally received assistance. The lady who checked us in barely said welcome or anything about the hotel. I understand the hotel receives more business guests but at the end of the year. She didn't even make the contact. They charged me upfront for my stay and gave me room keys.
There is a Taxi stop on the hotel's Ground level, which is a big plus! (we discovered that after waiting for an Uber for over 30 minutes) Again, the FD person did not say anything about the hotel to us.
The room fridge temperature was below average and barely kept my water cold, only slightly chilled. The toilet flushing mechanism had to be fiddled with the present from leaking constant water. I couldn't wait for maintenance to show up, so I reported all the issues and fixed them mostly on my own. Empty the hospitality items from the fridge so my items would fit inside.
The bathroom shower was t; it was hard to get in and out of the shower... it was hard to control the shower water temperature... Mid shower, you could get a blast of cold or scalding hot water on you.
The hotel is undergoing renovation... They placed me on the 7th floor... You will see pictures of the ceiling going towards my hotel room and bathroom.
It wasn't the most comfortable bed, but it was what we had for the stay.
Breakfast was very 👍 good.
We didn't use the amenities but explored everything and agreed that the pool needed a little TLC and a good tile scrubbing since the border was dirty.
There were ongoing construction noises.

Os funcionários super, super mesmo, educados e atenciosos.
Os quartos tem Wi-Fi, tem frigobar, ar condicionado, e a vista é linda, do outro lado do hotel tem o shopping Morumbi, e em época de natal à árvore de natal que fica do lado de fora do shopping é linda e é total vista pelas janelas do quarto.
As janelas do quarto são trancadas, pois é inteiramente de vidro, e tem uma bancada, que as pessoas podem cair se estiver aberta, então por precaução e super justo, estão fechadas.
O hotel conta com academia, spar, 2 piscinas (1 aquecida e outra normal a céu aberto) as piscinas, a academia e o spar fica no HC, no topo do prédio. Neste andar, contém banheiros também, com chuveiros, então você não precisa ir para o quarto todo molhado, para ir ao banheiro e tomar banho e fazer necessidades, você pode sair da piscina, da academia ou do spar e usar o banheiro dali do andar mesmo.
O spar está temporariamente fechado, porém sempre verifique, mas em Dezembro de 2021, mês que fui, estava temporariamente fechado.
No local das piscinas conta com toalhas e se estiver faltando tem interfone lá também para ligar e solicitar mais toalhas.
Lá tem tomadas também, caso queira nadar e deixar o celular carregando lá.
O hotel conta com café da manhã das 06h ás 10h, almoço das 12h as 15h; jantar das 19h as 23h e fica localizado no piso C1.
Os quartos contém interfone no criado mudo ao lado da cama e no banheiro, para falar com a recepção é só discar no ramal 9.
Havia visto reclamações no Google maps que os móveis do hotel são velhos e que os elevadores são demorados e antigos também. Por conta disso eu entrei no hotel imaginando uma coisa e sai de lá deslumbrado, pois tudo é perfeito! (Claro que cada um tem suas experiências, porém, a vez que fui foi perfeito) então entre no hotel disposto a conhecer tudo, e não vai imaginando que so pelas más experiências de uns que vai ser ruim a sua experiência.
Quero agradecer a atendente da recepção Ana é Janaína, onde me ligaram para receber o meu pedido do ifood e depois eu liguei para solicitar pratos e talheres e ela super disponibilizou e foi atenciosa.
Dica: No quarto conta com uma espécie de crachá de porta escrito de um lado “Privacidade, por favor” e do outro lado do “crachá” escrito algo solicitando que as camareiras estejam liberadas para limpar o quarto, então, se você solicitar que ela venha limpar o quarto, guarde sacolas de comidas ou até copos, taças que vocês levam de fora, que é pessoal seu nas bolsas ou nas malas, pois elas podem jogar fora, ou achar que é do próprio hotel, se estiver em cima da mesa então guardem.
Na chegada, o check in, me solicitaram o RG de todos os hóspedes que estavam comigo, se são 2 pessoas, precisa do RG dos dois. Porém, o hóspede principal que fez a reserva, precisa passar dados como telefone, e-mail, entre outros dados, então demora um pouquinho mais, mas nada exagerado e insuportável de aguardar. (Claro que pode ter um dia que tenha uma fila enorme de hóspedes fazendo check in, então pode demorar mais, porém nada exagerado).
Na hora de ir embora, o checkout é bem rápido, não demora nem 3 minutos.
