Pousada Villa Capivary — Hotel in Região Imediata de Taubaté-Pindamonhangaba

Vila calivary! The worst ever.... We wanted a reservation for a Saturday, and the answer was it is. to possible as we quote only for two nights, we have asked to make the reservation indicating it was difficult for us to arrive on Friday night because of meeting, same answer, no not possible, so we have ask to confirm the reservation.... Surprise when arriving the reservation was for Saturday and Sunday...we tried to explain that we have never asked for Sunday but the owner, with such an attitude was shouting at us, and pointing fingers... WE HAD TO CALM HIM DOWN....and he found us a room next door...(by the way great posada next door)... But He explained to us, that we were responsible because we have confused his reservation by the amendment required.... Try to find the mistakes... Then we came back the second day to take our apartment loft... Find out to be a very small room with a tiny terrace, Lino on the floor of the bathroom, and shower door broken... Just for a price of 400 dollars a night a real joke.... Only positive point, breakfast and the rest of the staff, but the owner...really needs to work on his attitude... A piece of advice....pass away, you have plenty of pousada, and the one next door is...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Pousada. It is located in a beautiful location that is safe and very close to shopping and excellent restaurants. Vila Capivary is a beautiful location offering a slice of Europe in the middle of Brazil. The Pousada is comfortable if not luxurious and has a refrigerator in the room. While there is nowhere to sit in the room, there was a balcony (with no view in my room) with a table and chairs. Though TV reception was not great, the WiFi was good. The breakfast was excellent and included scrambled eggs to order among other delights. The staff there and in the remainder of the Pousada was very friendly and helpful. What a perfect place! The Pousada Villa Capivary is perfect in everything: perfect room, comfortable bed and pilows,well furnished, outstanding welcomed by the owner Mr.Toni and his staff.Perfect breakfast and breakfast area, super relaxing, quiet, few steps to the walking area with a lot of the best restaurants and chocolatey stores.We just walk, window shopping, nice boutiques, so, there are a lot to see, enjoy, in Campos de Jordão, near São Paulo ( we or a bus, Passaro Marrom, very nice choice).
