Pousada Luis XV — Hotel in Região Imediata de Taubaté-Pindamonhangaba

Clean and comfortable hotel with an excellent staff in a prime location. The staff was amazing from the moment we pulled in to the garage. We were greeted by a young gentleman I believe went by the name of Jon Victor who was fantastic. He even spoke English to me and helped with our bags and showed us around. The breakfast selection was very good. The staff there was helpful in answering our questions regarding allergens. Rooms were spacious and everything was very clean, which is the most important thing in any hotel. Our 15 month old son loved the little playground.

Only a few cons which did not affect our stay so make no difference to us. Breakfast is open at 08:00. I would have preferred 07:00. The wallpaper in the bedroom was pealing off the wall. It may be time to upgrade a few things there. Also, it was difficult to find a garbage anywhere in the common areas. We didn’t know how to throw away anything when not in the room. However, like I said, it is very clean there everywhere, which is the most important feature of any hotel, and the cleaning staff did a superb job in our room, even with the mess our 15 month old boy...

Everything is great about this pousada: location is right in the downtown, service is very good, afternoon tea with lots of food, coffee, breakfast has so much to choose from. Family atmosphere, hotel is brand new and Anderlei from the reception treats everybody as kings. Will definitely stay here again. There were several people who escaped from their pousadas in Campos because their quality was pretty bad and good rooms at Luis XV. Make a reservation in advance otherwise everything will be booked. We had 2 merged rooms and it was great to play for our daughter. Each room has a balcony. Hotel is located within a small shopping center with cafe in French style and Eiffel tower. We stayed in a superior room which we got for a very good price because of off-season.||The Hotel is very very nice. everything is clean and the rooms are well looked after. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is also very good, right in the center of the tourist area, with many shops and eateries at walking distance.
