Hotel "Malibu" — Hotel in Balchik

This year everything is not so perfect that one year before. Main problem - food in restaurant. The new master chef no one time going to check what happen. This yearbfood ia not so tasty and delicious and good prepare as last year from master chef Denka.||The non-bulgarian stuff of restaurant take a food directly in front of tourists that wait to take their breakfast, lunch or dinner. And no one (manager of restaurant, supervisor or cooker) told them something. ||Also this year the hygiene in restaurant is not good. Cleaning must be very important and this time it is not ot high level.||Manager of restaurant Ms. Cherneva have not good behavior to tourists. When you want to ask something you can meet an angry face.||But all this bad sensations are compensated from stuff in hotel part. The manager Petya Dimitrova is brilliant to take best stuff. Everyone is with perfect smile and can make you to forget bad taste from restaurant and food. Room is perfect clean every day. Behavior from reception and lobby bar is more than great.||And I can say one more big THANK YOU to all stuff from animation team ... All this young boys and girls are really super in their work. We had issues from the beginning with the check-in, we arrived early and told to wait like 3 hours. We went on the beach from where we were told to leave because we didn't had bracelets from the hotel. When was the time to check-in, one of the families(because we were 6) dwas not found. We had to w8 like 2 hours to be checked in. The rooms were a disaster , were linked together, spider and bugs in the mattress (at least one of us was bitten in the morning), the food was good only 2 out of 5 days, the staff (especially the ones who keep the pool clean) was extremely rude, the only ones who were extremely polite and did anything to comfort us and make the time pleasant were the ENTERTAINING TEAM, who we salute with love0]. I can keep going but there is no point because there was to many incidents. All I can say is that we paid for a 4 star hotel but Malibu was only maximum 2 and I am generous as hell. We tried to enjoy the time regardless but I just want to prevent this from happening to...

Just came back from vacation, I stayed with my friends at Malibu Hotel for 7 nights, AI. It was very ok, the food was good and various (although they use a lot of dill :( ). The beach is near the hotel, 50 m or so. If you are interesed in snack bar, they have just one near the pool with ice cream, fruits and pancakes (and there is always a line for this). I didn't use it so much, but if you like to get snacks, it will be a little dissapointing. The room was very spacious and it's beeing cleaned every day. The stuff knows english and are very pleasant. Hands down to the guys and girls from the pool bar, restaurant and lobby bar, they are very efficient. Last but not least, hands down for the animation dream: Vlado (chief of animation team), Miro, Plami, Desi, Pavel, Veronika, you made our vacation better. We left on sunday and didn't have chance to say goodbye (apparently they don't work on sunday). So, if you want a family vacation, or a nice and quit vacation, you should choose...
