Hotel highlights: Spotlessly clean, inside and out, with cleaning staff present throughout the day. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds and pillows - all rooms have a sizeable balcony with tables and chairs for sitting out in the evening. Excellent shower pressure and no problems with hot water - fresh towels supplied every day. Tasty breakfast, fresh, varied and consistent quality - fresh croissants / watermelon / bacon and eggs / cold meats

Facilities highlights: World class real clay tennis courts - maintained to the highest level - brushed and watered multiple times per day. A cute 18 hole crazy golf course, surrounded by exotic plants and an aviary A comfy and informal bar with low prices and a large selection of drinks (amazing cappuccinos :))

I travelled to Oleander House with 21 friends from my tennis club in Ireland and thanks for the staff we created memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. We hope to make this an annual event and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates comfort, safety, quality and friendliness. Ideal for couples or families who are seeking a peaceful break with only a five minute walk to the beach.

Just arrived back in Ireland following our third annual tennis holiday in oleander house and we had a fantastic experience! Everything was perfect as per usual but they have also refurbished the rooms and the outdoor dining area. Courts were impeccable and we played competitive mini tournament twice a day every day. The hotel is spotless and as usual the family looked after our every needs from the moment we arrived. So helpful friendly and yet professional. Some of us had our racquets restringed also as they really do a top class job on them. This little piece of paradise is amazing! Literally 2 minutes walk from the beach and busy bustling strip of stalls and shops bars/restaurants etc of sunny beach and yet it’s so peaceful and tranquil. The only thing you can hear is the sound of tennis balls on clay. We are already planning next years trip and I cannot recommend this...

Very good hotel, the staff is incredibly helpful and willing to always help. Although the hotel does not have a swimming pool, it has several tennis courts and a minigolf. From the sea is hotel about 150m. Promenade is closer. Nevertheless, it is in a relatively quiet location. The rooms are big enough and clean. They are cleaned every day. Towels, soap and shampoo are refilled every day. Breakfast is in "Bulgarian" style: cheese, yellow cheese, ham, salami, eggs, ... Of course, cereals, coffee and tea. If you order food from the menu you will not regret it. It is very tasty. Prices are more than acceptable. Food, cleanliness and especially incredible friendly staff are the reason why I will definitely come...
