Hostel Canto — Hotel in Ruse

UPD: minus three stars due to noise. The hostel is almost impeccable clean and central. It has everything you need: washing machines, coffee, microwave, tons of sockets, WiFi. The staff is helpful and friendly. The shower was also super clean, one of the cleanest showers in hostels I’ve been to. The doors have smart lock system, so make sure to take a picture of your code.

UPD: There’s a club in the same building which closes at 5am. Despite using earplugs and closing the windows, the relentless beat of the music was so intrusive that I could feel it in my body, pillow, bed. You might as well place a vibrating device under your head and try to sleep; that’s how it feels. Maybe rooms on the 3rd floor are better. But I’m not...

Big, spacious hostel. Friendly, helpful staff (so far, one of the very few I've met in Bulgaria who speak propper English). Big kitchen u can use, fully equipped with electric kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, (induction) stove, oven, and washing machines (washing machines are not free of charge). Free coffee and tea, which is always nice. Everything is fairly new and propper clean.

Nice, comfortable, clean beds. Seemed like almost completely new mattresses. Good with several power sockets near the bed. Spacious lockers to store belongings. Good AC throughout the building as well as wifi. Fully stocked kitchen including drinking water. Great location close to everything.
