I was truly blown away, and it’s rare that something impresses me this much. This is one of those hotels that really surprised me — in every way. Even the location is amazing. Everything you need is right there near the hotel — Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, Mark’s, Canadian Tire, and Walmart is just 3–4 minutes away. There’s also a nearby lake where you can go for a walk, and playgrounds for kids. I rarely give such high praise, but this hotel truly impressed me on all fronts. Now, speaking about the hotel itself — it’s very clean. Spotlessly clean. The staff is incredibly friendly. Even the housekeepers make you feel like they’re genuinely happy to see you — like you’re a VIP. The service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. I’ve always been cautious about sausages because usually they taste artificial or have a weird texture. But here — even the sausages were great. They were actually tasty and well made. The coffee and everything else was top-notch. So if you’re in this area or city, I strongly recommend staying at this hotel. You won’t regret it. I also want to mention that the hotel has a pool — kids will love it. Everything you need is here to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable, no matter the reason for your visit. From me personally — a big thank you to the staff and the manager of this hotel. Whenever I’m in this city again, I’ll definitely stay only here and recommend this place to others as well. We travel a lot, and we’ll absolutely keep recommending you. You’re doing a great job — well done!

Please do not stay here if you can help it unless you bring your own cleaning supplies and BUG SPRAY. There was a cemetary of insects in the stairwell, and the live ones were crawling all over the walls and carpet, flies in my room (I even found a dead one in my sheets when I woke up one morning), the internet was not working all week and we could not get any work done, the washroom sink and toilet seat had not been sanitized, as there were hairs and stains everywhere that I had to wipe down when I first checked in. The staff was very friendly and I don’t want to put anyone on blast, but it seems like little effort goes into maintaining the integrity of this establishment. I have stayed at Ramadas in small towns before and they have always been tidy and not even near the level of unsanitary as I experienced here. If an inspector were to come and check this place out, I don’t doubt it would get shut down. If we ever need come back to Stettler for work, I will unfortunately be choosing a different hotel.

This is a decent hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Its close to a lot of amenities. Lots of worker dudes appear to stay here so parking lot full of pick up trucks and the hallways got a little loud early in the morning. The front desk staff was a little grumpy but still helpful nonetheless. The pool had a lot of potential, the slide is big and fun, but unfortunately after 2 hours in the pool, everyones feet were absolutely torn up. Whatever razorblade sandpaper lining they've put in the pool makes it near impossible to enjoy the experience of the pool for more than half an hour. This alone might be a reason to stay elsewhere as the kids love the pools and wont go back in to this one. Overall good stay

What an amazing hotel to stay at while in Stettler! The moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly and kind faces to help me check in. They are also pet friendly and I can tell by the staff that they are all animal lovers! They loved my little puppy!! I got the Jacuzzi room for a couple nights and it was everything I could imagine and more! Big room, big bed, lots of room for activities even with that huge tub in the living room. Everytime I walked out of my room the staff was cleaning something (floors, walls, lights) which left an amazing fresh smell. And I was always greeted with how are you? are you enjoying your stay? can I grab you anything? A hotel that cares how your stay is!! There is a gym for people who like to work out on holidays, a pool, hot tub and a waterslide! No complaints and can provide hours of entertainment especially the families with young children. The location was perfect too! There is a walking path, parks and pond (to fish in) just behind the hotel with concerts in it on Thursdays! Now let's talk about the most important part of my stay... the complimentary breakfast! Wowzers, above and beyond excellent!!! First morning I was there I must of had 3 plates of food cause I just couldn't get enough!! They had so many options for breakfast and drinks I was completely overwhelmed that I had to try everything. I don't eat gluten free food (bread, bagels, muffins) but it was nice to have the option there for people who do have to eat it. The next morning there was make your own omelettes!!! I was very excited about this, the staff member working in the kitchen was kind, took my order and then brought it out to me! Later that morning I had to go for another one and again she was very friendly and told me that I'm glad you liked the first one. I would give this hotel 100 stars if I could, if you ever find yourself in Stettler this is the...

TLDR: Good for the price and better breakfast than many fancier hotels I’ve stayed at.

Usually spend 130+ nights in various hotels across Alberta, travel for work.

The breakfast selection is substantial. Continental with waffles, oatmeal, eggs (hard boiled & scrambled with toppings on the side), multiple breads and bagels for toast, 1 starch (potatoes or French toast), 1 protein (couple different sausages or bacon) as well as the standard pastries. I like their banana bread. Weekends the breakfast area is quite at 6:30am but during the week it gets a bit busier early with other working folk.

The hotel is far enough from the highway that you can’t really hear the traffic. Within easy walking distance of Canadian Tire and Walmart. If you want food there is a Boston pizza across the parking lot and both Tim Hortons and McDonald’s across the main drag.

Staff is friendly and professional. Not a fan of room service every day but they have do not disturb cards for a reason. One Covid thing that I wish would hang around.

Rooms are clean, occasionally I can’t figure out how to get one of the ceiling lights on but there is enough lamps to compensate. Bathroom tiles are crack free, which is quite unusual for mid range hotels. The hot water is actually hot, which is nice.

Wifi, while not being fabulous, is plenty fast enough to stream a movie. The ping is noticeably and I can’t recommend trying to play competitive online games.

Overall it’s a good place to stay and the first choice in settler for myself and...
