A Truly Exceptional Team Member ā Ritu at Tim Hortons
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Ritu absolutely deserves the recognition for her outstanding work at Tim Hortons. Every time I walk into the store and see her behind the counter, I know the experience is going to be a pleasant one. She brings a rare combination of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth that instantly uplifts your day ā and thatās something you donāt come across often.
From the moment you approach the counter, Ritu greets you with a bright smile and a respectful, friendly attitude that makes you feel welcome and valued as a customer. Whether itās the morning rush or a quieter afternoon, she maintains a calm, composed demeanor and always seems in control, no matter how busy things get.
Her attention to detail is amazing ā she never gets an order wrong, and if thereās ever any confusion or special request, she handles it quickly and politely. Ritu remembers regular customers by name and even recalls their favorite orders, which adds such a personal touch that keeps people coming back.
Beyond just the coffee and donuts, Ritu represents the true spirit of Tim Hortons: kindness, consistency, and community. Itās clear she takes pride in her job and genuinely cares about the people she serves. Sheās not just an employee; sheās a cornerstone of the customer experience.

I am a regular coustermer I live in stettler and frequent Tim Hortons quite a bit 99 %of the time it's a fantastic experience.but the constant disrespect from one employee who is suposably in a higher position should know to keep her personal attitude problems away from her work .because when I come here to relax and have a coffee with friends and I am avoided by grace to be served and i have to wait to be served by anyone else is a pain in the ass.i just want a coffee not an attitude.other than the disrespect I recieved from her I believe the rest of the people at timmies try very hard to make everyone happy with serving them as fast as possible .I don't believe anyone wants to screw up anyone's order on purpose.mistakes happen and we'll I am sure there sincerely sorry for any mistakes. there a great bunch of people trying to do there best to serve a good product for a decent price .thanks to everyone that works there .except grace she needs to go work for Mc Donald's next door .ah Grace if you don't like your job quit and go find a job you like and let some one do your job who knows how to show respect to there coustermers keep your attitude at home don't bring it to work .that's just my opinion .on a scale of 1 to 100 i give them a 99%out of 100%way to go Tim Hortons...

When I went to ask for some mayo, all I got was attitude and argument about being charged 25 cents for mayo. When clearly they didn't put on in the first place. "The photo menu shows that it's oozing with mayo".. They took my sandwich back and made me another.. and still wanted to argue...what a waste of good food. All over a little squirt or package of mayo.. Every other take out restaurant will give you mayo or ketchup for free. """The rep called me only to argue and dispute my claim.. said they needed to watch the video....? Why.. They wasted time, and money, staff and food over 25cents.... No customer care at all and no compensation...not even a free coffee and doughnut to evite us back.""".. Also the place was quiet dirty.. seems that covid is over they don't have to clean washrooms or table tops anymore.. oh and they have flies in the doughnut cabinet.. So not going back...
UPDATEāāā Nov 21st.... So after the rep called and said they needed to review the tapes or whatever, she said she would call me back.. so far nothing.. Again poor...
