Once Upon A Stay — Hotel in Burlington

Booked a room first thing in the morning and followed all instructions and provided all pertinent information. Received immediate confirmation and all was set. Later in afternoon I receive a cancelation notice due to them informing me that the transaction was fraudulent. Called my bank right away and was informed that there was no attempt to process any payment from Once upon a stay or anyone else for that matter. Called once upon a stay and left a voicemail. Now I see they have booked out the room and have nothing available. This trip was a last minute family emergency situation and now I'm scrambling to find a suitable place to stay.
