We went on the 22nd of Ramadan for their Iftar buffet. They opened the buffet right at Iftar and so the line was incredibly long—we waited about 20 minutes before it was our turn. The plates were also really small so we could only take a little amount of food at a time and had to keep going back in line where we had to wait 15-20 minutes each time, which was frustrating.
As for the food, there was a good variety of salads; I tried the garden salad but lacked flavor. By the time we got to the main dishes, most of the food was already gone, and we had to wait another 10 minutes for them to bring out more. They had rice and lamb, maḥashi, lasagna, fries, nuggets, and mahsawi. The maḥashi tasted good but were too sour, the rice and lamb had no flavor, and the lasagna was overcooked.
The biggest disappointment was dessert—by the time we got there, everything was finished, and they didn’t refill it, which was really frustrating.
The atmosphere was fine, but there was no designated prayer area, which was surprising since Ramadan had been going on for weeks. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, and I expected better planning, especially since already 22 days have passed...
Read moreI had HIGH expectations when coming to this place... I thought the food would be pleasant, the atmosphere would be nice and that the bathrooms would be clean. BUT when I arrived there, I was highly disappointed. First I didn't know that you could smoke Hookah in there, and we were sitting next to a group of friends doing hookah and we were inhaling it all the time, even one guy brought a vape. Secondly the bathrooms, the bathrooms were nasty covered in blood for some reason. When we asked an employee to go clean it, he didn't do a good job and the floor was sticky. Then the food, the appetizers were honestly amazing but when I ordered the Grill Mix I wasn't pleased. There was no flavoring in any of the meat and the fries were unsalted and a little soggy. The dessert was pretty nice I highly recommend the Chocolate PIstacho Kunafa. Overall this restaurant deserves a 2 stars, it's not a good place to bring kids with them Second hand smoking (inhaling the hookah) and the food wasn't that good. The workers are extremely nice just the only problem was that one of them didn't clean the...
