Serenity Towers — Hotel in Montreal

When I signed my lease in September 2022 with the intention of moving in by June 2023, I was excited about the numerous amenities promised and the assurance of central air conditioning in the apartment. However, it has now been more than three months since I moved in, and the building is still undergoing construction, causing significant noise and leaving dirt scattered throughout the premises. Unfortunately, it appears that not all the promised amenities will be available, as some have been removed from the website. Additionally, the central air conditioning system, which I had anticipated for all rooms, is only available in the living room, proving insufficient for maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the entire apartment.

I'm inclined to give a four-star rating primarily due to the favorable location of the building (Google does not provide an option for me to award a three and a half star rating). However, I believe the management should consider some form of compensation or benefit for the residents, even if it's in the form of a bonus or an extension of the leasing agreement. I was really hoping this place would be as amazing as the pictures and talk from the rental agent, alas, it is really lacklustre and feels very cramped. Let me start with the amenities. There is a lot of talk about "will be" but isn't yet even though this building has been renting for more than a year. So cafe - well, that is not there yet. Outdoor space - not there yet either. Game room is kind of sad, and located right next to someones apartment - so no noise - how is that going to work? Some kind of kitchen space, not really up and running yet. So it is a lot of incomplete delivery on this. Then you have the pool, which is basically the size of a hot tub, a gym with maybe 3 machines? But even if all of it were up, the apartments layouts are very awkward and imagine opening your apartment door at the same time as your neighbour - you'd literally be face to face and if the 3rd door opened... no thanks. I had the opportunity to live at Serenity Tower for two years, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The common areas and apartments are very pleasant, perfect for those seeking a comfortable, peaceful, and well-located lifestyle. Its proximity to Angrignon Metro Station, the park, and the shopping area makes everything easily accessible.

Antonios, the current property manager (although I didn’t have the chance to meet him in person), was always very kind and attentive in addressing any questions, maintaining excellent communication with every request. Andrés, the concierge, is extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever needed.

Although I no longer live there because I needed to move closer to my workplace, I would have loved to continue living at Serenity Tower. It’s a very well-managed building with genuinely kind and respectful residents. I truly...
