My husband, daughter and I came in today (Sunday) it was empty(ish) and they took like 20 minutes to come and take our orders. We waited 55 minutes to get our food and it was cold. I sent my burger back to have it reheated and the server brought me tortilla chips with salsa and sour cream (complimentary) while I waited for my burger. To my surprise it was a hair in the sour cream.

While we were waiting for our food one waitress came a couple of times to say "Sorry, we have a new person working in the kitchen today and you came in at the same time as other customers". I took my time to walk around the restaurant and almost all of the clients had their food half eaten. I have the impression they just simply forgot our order.

When my burger finally arrived, I told the waitress that there was hair in the sour cream and she responded "Do you want me to change it?" She didn't even apologize for that, like she doesn't even know that this can be escalated to the MAPAQ because I have pictures of it....

His restaurant needs better management, better training not only on how to handle food safely but also on how to treat a customer. I work in the industry and I understand that sometimes it's hard to keep up with orders, etc... But just be honest with your customers and apologize. I would have appreciated they coming to me and said "we're so sorry, we had a problem with your order and it's taking a little bit longer than anticipated" or at the time that we order tell us that this was going to take longer than expected, from there we could decide whether to stay or go somewhere else.

The food was okay but for the price I was expecting better service.

Please, never ever go...

Only giving 3 Stars cuz the cocktails weren't that bad. Website states it closes a 12am but when we got there at 10h30pm on Wednesday, the place was deserted, had about 6 customers which was fine, wasn't going there for crowd anyways. There, we were welcomed by a waiter who seemed to be in a haste to go home. "Hello, just to let you know that the kitchen is closed and you basically have 30 minutes to order a drink and finish it cuz we're closing soon". Fair enough we didn't want to eat anyways and a little honesty would have been better just saying "hey we don't have enough customers tonight so we're going to close early ". When I mentioned I thought they closed at 12am, he said "no, we close early on week days and late on weekends" but I said, "your website says 12am" and he asked me to show him, which I did. Nevertheless we ordered two cocktails and we barely took one sip and he was back asking if we wanted the bill like... maybe let us reach half way first?. Also we drank our cocktails super fast and I went over the counter to see if I could another cocktail made for my friend and I could see the bartender was already packing stuff, so I asked nicely to the other guy cleaning and when he asked the bartender if it was possible, she didn't answer and just kept cleaning. I mean, a no or yes would have suffice, wasn't looking to force anyone to make a cocktail, we enjoyed them and wanted to see if we could get another one real quick. She didn't even acknowledge me and just replied to the guy, who then kindly told me they couldn't. Might go again but I will watch out for...

From all LB&B restaurants I’ve been to this is for far the best one. LB&B it’s a franchise, so of course depending on the owner there are a couple of things that change, like portions, service and overall the flavour of the dishes.

My boyfriend and I have been there multiple times and have always left with a great impression. Service has always been good. Waitress really get concerned when food is not delivered on time or if there is any problem with the order. They problem solve and do a big effort, instead of hiding from the customers. The DJ that goes there from time to time is not my favourite, but I shouldn’t rate their music on the days he is there. The rest of the days music it’s okay, classics are played and energy is pretty cool.

Compared to other LB&B restaurants their cocktails are way better, more flavourful and less watery. Also, portions are great. Service installations are available and clean. Ambience is nice.

If you go there a lot you will notice the owner is there supervising the business. He is a really nice guy and maybe that’s why all employees seem to work pretty hard and care not only about the restaurant, but also about their customers.

Of course, as you can tell from other reviews, it is better going throughout the week, so you don’t have any problems with waiting times and food quality. Specially throughout the summer when they receive tons of customers and don’t have...

Wonderful location that myself and my family absolutely loved. The decor, and overall ambiance was fantastic, with an overall eclectic mix of 1980's culture and warm cozy home decor. I myself had "La Boeuf" burger, pictured in my review, a little much on the cheese sauce, so the burger was a bit of a mess to eat, coupled with the fact that, I'm a slob, made it interesting, but the waiter included extra, much needed and appreciated napkins, so I escaped a cheese induced fashion faux pas. The fries themselves were great, well seasoned, and far more then you think you get, when you see how it's served. The coleslaw was fantastic, and Kool aid pickle honestly took me by surprise with its wonderful mix of sweet and tangy. In terms of price point, I found it more then fair, with my meal, a soft drink, a 20oz of Stella Artois costing under 40$$. The overall quality was fantastic, and service was solid. On the whole, the experience was wonderful, and I, and my family will be more then happy to visit this location again.
