Pente À Neige — Attraction in Montreal

The ski instructor (Benjamin) was great! I thought he had no chance with the kids; they did not look interested. But I recommend taking the $45 test course. We signed our 2 sons up for 6-week courses & our youngest did NOT like it. Pente À Neige just said "🤷🏻‍♂️ F.U. no refunds!". Considering we have an older son who probably would have been a repeat customer, I find it to be very poor customer service. Good initiative making skiing more accessible.

However, I did not like that they keep taking and posting photos without people's consent on their social medias and promotional material. After failing to get my pictures removed from the posts, I started asking photographers to not shoot me, one of them replied "Why not, you look very pretty" and wouldn't take my request seriously.

I also saw another photographer putting himself on the run, to take "better" pics of skiiers trying (and sometimes falling) to avoid running into him....

Nous sommes allés un samedi avec notre fille de 5 ans. Après avoir payé 14 $ pour avoir accès à 3 "pistes" nous avons découverts que l'une était principalement trop inclinée pour un enfant de cet âge, la deuxième était majoritairement sinon complètement occupés par des cours ( donc pratiquement noir de monde) et l'autre était une bute digne du stationnement de l'école primaire d'à côté. Il faut dire que pour 14 $ j'ai déjà vu mieux.

De plus, nous avions pris le cours d'initiation à la planche qui aurait été intéressant s'il y avait eu un remonte pente et qu'ainsi, la moitié du cours n'aurait pas consisté pour les enfants à remonter la bute.

De plus, je comprend le mot initiation, mais je m'attendais tout de même à ce que l'enfant puisse pratiquer sur autre chose qu'une surface plane.

Je conseille donc aux parents qui désirent faire du ski ou planche à neige avec leurs enfants et qui n'ont pas de voitures, de profiter du SkiBus de Longueil qui vous donneront un 50% de rabais sur votre billet de ski pour le Mont Saint-Bruno.
