Cabins West — Hotel in Ucluelet

Although the details of what to expect upon arrival were provided in the confirmation email, we had no idea how great the place would be. Clean, spacious, quiet. All we had to do is bring our own food supplies. No need for restaurants however it is always nice to support local businesses but not necessary. The beds were super comfy and towels were of nice quality. Very impressed. So much so, that we will be heading back soon. I would advise that if you have issues with stairs, it would be wise to mention it prior to booking. The second floor cabins have a quite a few stairs but other than that... 99/100. Location is perfect if you want to head over to the lighthouse trail. You might even spot a few local deer along the way. Definity a great place to stay while visiting...

From the moment I called Cabins West to ask some questions prior to booking they were super informative and friendly. We booked as 2 couples and stayed in Cabin 8 for 3 nights. Very spacious and I love having two floors. The Cabins are walking distance to several restaurants and trails. Nature is right in our backyard. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. The Cabin had everything we needed. Bed was comphy, shower was amazing and we had the pleasure of meeting Rob and Tina upon leaving. They are super nice people! Would 100% recommend Cabins West. The area is beautiful and has a grocery store and Liquor store only a few minutes away. Look for the family of deer nearby. We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home!...

Been here twice, in the same cabin five years apart. The property has been very well maintained and the cabin looked like nothing had changed (i.e., deteriorated) at all in that time. The kitchen is complete, unlike other cabins that promise well-equipped kitchens but can't even provide decent knives for chopping vegetables. It even has a dishwasher. If you're in the downstairs cabins, you might get some foot-shuffling noise from upstairs. The check-in process couldn't be simpler.
