While looping around the Lighthouse Trail, my small group noticed a sign pointing toward, and that said, "He-Tin-Kis Beach (No exit)". Curious, we deviated off the Lighthouse Trail and followed the one-way path down to the beach. It was just a short hike away and down some wooden stairs. I'm so glad we found this small, secluded beach - it was full of polished pebbles, gently lapping waves onto the sheltered shore, and dense conifers surrounding you.
