Stayed here for six nights for a week long business meeting.||||First of all, the hotel is in a residential area, very near the financial district. That was convenient because there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.||||Check-in was fast and efficient. Since I don't speak much Spanish, the hotel staff spoke enough English to make it work. ||||The room rate includes breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The breakfast included eggs (which for me were a bit runny), croissants, fruit (not fresh; clearly in syrup), cold cuts and cheeses and coffee and juices.||||My room was clean and was serviced daily. Internet was spotty. Most of the time it did work, but there were times when the log-in did not work. Arrived from our ship around 10.30am and were checked in early to our room at midday. Our bags were securely stored and we went for a coffee in coffee shop across the street. Hotel is a bit dated but spotlessly clean our room was comfortable and very clean . Added bonus was a large bath (we had only showers on ship) but no bath plug ....much hilarity but housekeeper quickly solved our issue. The staff are exceptional in terms of customer service very polite and helpful. The hotel is located under 5 mi utes walk away from Alcantara Metro which makes it easy to get around. A supermarket is also less than 5 minutes away as is convenience store and pharmacy. A good selection of restaurants can be found 10-15 minutes away in the area surrounding the Theatre and Hyatt Hotel . There are also an abundance of sandwich shops nearby. Great hotel in...
