Hostal Mahuida Pucón — Hotel in Pucón

Didn't get off to the best of starts where our airport transfer was not waiting for us ( last flight in to temuco and the airport goes very quiet very quickly ). Luckily a persistent taxi driver hung around and let us use his phone to confirm with the Hostal that they were not running late (the minibus to pucon left in the meantime) and so he scored a very generous flag fare to Pucon.||Our family room with kitchenette was not available (confusion in the booking again) and we were offered two separate rooms with breakfast included. This worked out okay as the weather was very dreary for our stay and the boys were just happy to be in their room and wifi it.||The beds were very comfortable and it was a very nice breakfast of juice, cereal, fruit and toast.||Very close to the bus station and there is a laundry just around the corner on Brasil st.||Also a short walk to town - very...

Super cute hotel only a couple blocks from everything, main road in town. Nice rooms I’ll be at small. Comfortable. Great deal. I have a nice little sitting area and kitchenette, which is very convenient. Breakfast is the typical South American continental. What I like about South American continental as it does include cheeses and meats. Nothing fancy, but sufficient. I like that they carried my suitcase of the stairs. This small, family-run hostal is just two blocks from the main street in Pucón, close to restaurants and services. Some of the rooms are very small, others more spacious. Bathrooms are tiny. Everything is very clean. The staff are eager to please, and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfasts are continental style.
