We initially reserved for two nights on booking.com. When we arrived the owner showed us to our room, which was a small double with private bathroom and a skylight, 23000 CLP per night. Not particularly nice, I enquired as to whether there was a room with a window and the first response was no, they are all busy, after I made a comment to my partner about leaving after two nights to find another place in pucon, a room with a window became available....we ended up staying for six nights and there was only ever one other couple in the place, why not offer the better rooms straight off? ||However, that said, the room we changed to was very comfortable and clean. Read moreStarted out staying a couple of nights here and ended up extending for another 4! ||||Pros||- close to bus stations and town ||- comfy warm rooms||- two kitchens to cook in plus more seating at dining room table, next to the lovely log fire||- hot showers||- reasonably priced||- friendly owners who are just knock away if you need something... otherwise they will generally leave you be, which i like||||Cons ||- the communal computer is pretty slow but the wifi is fine so use your own device or head to the super speedy internet place in town||- walls are a bit thin or we had particularly noisy people staying at the same time as us||||I would stay here again and recommend it...
