nativo hostel — Hotel in Pucón

I stayed with some friends of mine, we had a wonderful time in Pucón, the hostal was complementary and is just a few minutes away from the city center!, Alejandro and Melanie are really nice owners, they took us for walk around the city during the first day together with their dog, who is lovely! Alejandro gave us many recommendations what we could do and answered all our questions, he was available most of the time and cared for us together with Melanie. A nice and cozy (small) place located rather close to Pucon 'city center'. We (couple with 1yr. old daugther) stayed in a double room for 5 nights. The staff was very helpful and gave valuable advice on the best hiking and such spots in the area, where to find the right buses, book tours, and so forth. The atmosphere was welcoming; due to the small size it is easy to get in contact with fellow travelers. Our daughter was warmly welcomed and had a good time playing with the cat. The kitchen is a tad small and we had a few quirks with the hot showers---nothing that couldn't be fixed...

Nativo Hostel has great prices for small budget travelers like my boyfriend and I. We enjoyed this hostels homely feel. It was nice to have a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and silverware. They also have spices and oil you are free to use which was great (make sure to leave some spare change so that it's easier for them to keep the spices fully stocked).
