Hostal Kutralwe — Hotel in Pucón

Liked - The hosts are super nice. I arrived earlier than expected and they still gave me the room. The place is super clean and well kept. It was a bit cold at first but then the heating worked and it was pretty good. The kitchen is well equipped and the place is super close to O'higgins street. The view of the volcano is also nice from the balcony. One thing to note is that they do have couple dogs and cats but they are friendly and have been trained to not go inside the hostal. I really like the place. Would definitely recommend! Disliked - There are some very minor comments. Often it was hard to control the temperature of the shower. It was either too hot or too cold. This can be fixed quickly by adjusting hot water limiter on the valve in the shower. Secondly, having another light or a stronger bulb for the kitchen would help when cooking or doing the dishes as it was hard to see with the one light bulb. Otherwise everything else...

We stayed in a double room with a private bathroom for 4 nights and had great time! The room is located on the second floor. There are three more rooms on the first floor, as well as the kitchen and the dining area. The room is bright and spacious, very clean, recently renovated. Bed is very comfortable. There is a large TV that we did not use but it looked impressive. ||We used the kitchen few times - it had the utensils and some condiments, very convenient. ||The owner was friendly and very accommodating. He lives in the next building and was fast to respond.||The only complaint that we have is the parking. It is available on site but is very cumbersome - the driveway is very narrow and requires a lot of maneuvering to go in and out.||||Overall, it is an excellent place to stay. It is as clean as comfortable as a good hotel with a better price; and kitchen offers...

Escolhemos o Hostal Kutralwe pela Internet, procurando por uma boa relação custo-benefício, e não poderíamos ter feito uma escolha melhor!||||O hostel fica ao lado do terminal rodoviário e do supermercado, super prático pra chegada e saída da cidade. A uns 5-10 minutos de caminhada, você chega a vários restaurantes, barzinhos e agências de viagem, já que a localização é na avenida principal da cidade.||||O ambiente é organizado e agradável, com carinha de chalé. A sala de jantar possui vista para o vulcão. Toda a casa é aconchegante é faz você se sentir a vontade. O quarto é espacoso, e silencioso, optamos por um banheiro privativo (muito limpo, com amenidades e toalhas de banho e rosto individuais). Mas há opções de quarto e banheiros compartilhados também. As camas são muito confortáveis, com muitos cobertores, o banho é bem quente e há aquecedores em todos os cômodos, para aqueles que forem no inverno.||||A cozinha coletiva é completa, com fogão, geladeira, microondas e utensílios para cozinhar, que podem ser usados a qualquer momento (lembre-se de limpar tudo depois, afinal é um hostel).||||A equipe é nota 10! São super simpáticos, fizeram de tudo pra tornar nossa estadia mais agradável. Como chegamos antes do horário do check-in e saímos após o horário do check-out, deixaram que colocássemos nossa bagagem na sala de estar sem problemas, bem como usar as instalações coletivas.||||Além disso, os proprietários nos deram um desconto para pagamento em dinheiro, o que só tornou a relação custo-benefício melhor ainda!
