Hostal y Cabanas Villa Germana — Hotel in Puerto Varas

We stayed here in June 2017. We hadn't planned on staying, but situations left us there late, and we needed a place to stay. We asked at several places, but everything was very expensive especially for the time of year and the time of night, but here the hostess met us with open arms and happily helped find lodging in her home at an affordable price. It was VERY clean and comfortable, and she made sure that we had everything that we needed. She even lent us HER shampoo and conditioner because we didn't have anyone. I would stay there again in a heartbeat, and would recommend it...

Nos quedamos en este lugar, íbamos a arrendar una habitación para 3 personas, pero la dueña nos ofreció un “departamento” por un poco más de plata y aceptamos ya que pensamos que sería más cómodo, grave error, este departamento no tenía nada de cómodo, el baño tenía olor a humedad y la ducha goteaba, la cocina no contaba con loza básica, el hervidor estaba malo ya que no se paraba solo al hervir el agua, tuvimos que pedir el control de la televisión ya que no estaba cuando llegamos, ademas la televisión que supuestamente tenía cable, no lo tenía, había que moverla a la mitad de la sala para poder conectarla al cable, quedando en toda el área de circulación, la mesa que había estaba coja y el sillón que había estaba duro y solo se podían sentar dos personas, el sistema de calefacción era una estufa a gas que con suerte calentaba, había una cama que tenía el colchón durísimo, y por si fuera poco se escuchaba todo lo de la recepción ya que solo lo separaba una puerta. Al irnos la señora nos preguntó qué tal la estadía, se le dijo de buena manera que no muy bien y se puso altiro a la defensiva, ya prácticamente queriendo pelear.
