Very nice place ! The dueña is really friendly and everything is perfectly clean ! Housekeepers are often there. It's on of the cheapest accomodation you could find in Temuco. The corridors are a bit small so I wouldn't recommend coming with huge luggage unless you stay in a room downstairs. You have 2 possibility, room with shared bathroom and room with private one.
