Garivalpo Bed and Breakfast — Hotel in Valparaíso

I can’t begin to tell you how positive our experience was. The beds, linen, etc were exceptionally clean and most confortable, with the name Garivalpo embroidered on all the linen. We felt very special. The accommodation was very clean and Ube the female owner was so friendly but not intrusive. The breakfast was great, catered to your taste, with real brewed coffee, fresh fruit, bread, etc. She helped us when we asked for help and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. It was only 10min walk from the bus terminal, close to shops and transport (metro to Viña del Mar) but far enough to have a nice quiet night. Beautiful views.||We stayed at Garivalpo B&B for 3 nights during May 2013, 5 people. We occupied 2 different accommodations. A single room with a double bed and own bathroom and the loft (small apartment) down stairs with 2 bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, lounge. ||I would recommend the Garivalpo b&b to anyone wanting to stay in a beautiful, clean and homely atmosphere...

My boyfriend and I have traveled a lot and stayed many places and this is definitely one of the best stays yet! The Bed and Breakfast is located on an enchanted hill quite close to the bus station (easy walk). The location is optimal with a great view of the city and with a look over the ocean. One of the best features of the rooms are the fantastic beds and pillows, which are extremely appreciated after a long trip. The rooms are also quiet and dark allowing a relaxing stay. We planned to stay 4 nights however stayed five. ||||Breakfast is delicious as well, fresh fruit, bread, juice etc. and the best part is, it is prepared fresh whenever desired! This place is great! ||||First the basics: The Garivalpo has nice, neat rooms. A beautiful living room with fresh flowers. And the breakfast is great!
