I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I especially want to highlight the outstanding service provided by Iris and Skylar. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. They truly went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and stress-free.||One small example that really stood out to me: I was running out of time before my departure and couldn’t make it to a post office to send my postcards. Without hesitation, Iris and Skylar kindly offered to take care of it for me — and they did so with a smile! Absolutely outstanding, literally in every aspect! Starting from impecable and helpful service of the staff and to the cat in the courtyard. Located in a narrow street of old Beijing, the place definitely has charater. The interiors of the room, the courtyard and all other premises is nice, unusual for Europeans, cosy and beautiful. Great breakfasts, varied and nicely served. The receptionists are the embodiment of friendliness and helpfulness. Lost of cosy corners to chill on the territory (don't miss the roof), free drinks and snacks in the fridge, room being cleaned discreetly but thoroughly, all your requests are followed. It was probably the best hotel experience in my life! The only thing, people working there, if you read this - the paint on the floor is coming off, especially in the bathroom/shower where it's wet, and when it does it sticks to the soles of peoples feet and then goes around the room and the bed - not nice...
