Arrived early and they were kind enough to let me check in around 10 AM. I got a corner unit, which felt slightly larger than the standard rooms. The only odd thing is that there’s no proper work desk — just a long makeup counter instead. Breakfast was decent, but they were quite strict about the free breakfast benefit for Accor Platinum members. I had to ask before they acknowledged it, and even though my booking was for two guests, they only allowed one free breakfast. Other than that, everything else was satisfying — the bed was comfortable, and the room service was friendly...

This place should be 0 stars. Checked in today and the place and room is a messy and dirty and not hygienic at all. Doors don’t locked, electrical sockets not worked, open vents that are dirty; no aircon ; dirty floors, cigarettes smells. There is nothing about it that is good. Staff gave me broken horrible room on purpose. I need to get a full refund on...

I'm a visiting Canadian, and came upon this hotel very last minute. It is a fantastic place, everything was very clean and modern. High end mechanical toilet for those who love those.
