Interesting hotel, very unique. Modern, hip, trendy. Feels like a club all around. As a result, might not be for everyone. Rooms are in good shape, fairly spacious, and bathrooms are nice. To summarize, I was very regret to choice W Beijing Chang’an Hotel in China for family vacation, due to a number of staff was just simply unprofessional, lack of hospitality training and poor displace of any proper operation management. Totally unexpected to experience all of these at once from W Beijing...

The staff each morning at breakfast welcomed me, asking good questions about food/service and helped me plan my day. I will stay at this property without question when I...
