Heritage Hotel — Hotel in Chengdu

This is a boutique hotel that's built by remodeling an older structure. They did a great job retaining the heritage look while modernizing the interior. We felt comfortable in the hotel room. However, because they were restricted by the space of the original structure, despite their efforts, the room that we stayed in had very little sitting area on the first floor. There were plenty of space to rest in the loft on top of the slide though. Also, the slide is pretty fast so I had to go down the slide with my 4yo daughterThe best thing about the hotel was the service. The staff was super helpful! We asked them to help us with laundry, dry cleaning, shuttle service, places to eat, and they took care of just about everything except paying for the service :D Breakfast was included and it's really good! There's also a free afternoon tea, which takes place at the tea shop that had really good tea and sweets. There's cafes next door that you can order from and bring to the tea shop if you need more than snacks. Oh! there's also a professional photo shoot you can purchase. they can provide traditional chinese clothing for women (men and children would have to bring their own), and take really good photos on the premise. I'd definitely go back to this hotel, and would recommend...

Wonderful hotel that was perfect for my family of 3 adults and 2 young children. We were upgraded to the room with a slide, and the little ones enjoyed it tremendously throughout the four nights we stayed there. There were some lovely extras included in our package - family photos taken by a professional photographer at no extra charge, delicious breakfast, and complimentary evening dessert each night sent to our room. What truly made our stay extraordinary was the service. After checkout, our five year old daughter left her backpack in the didi and the driver left it at the police station. The hotel staff went out of their way to retrieve it from the police station, and bring it to us at Chengdu East station the next day! Truly going above and beyond. The room and environment were also very comfortable - clean, modern and yet full of atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves....

We stayed for a week at Chengdu Heritage and loved it. It was my wife and I and our 8-month-old and we are visiting from the US. We chose this location because it was perfect access to the Metro and the amenities of the hotel were perfect for our baby. The overall facilities are stunning, it's very clean, the staff are great and the location is superb. If you are visiting Chengdu I would highly recommend this spot. It's very quiet and relaxed unlike some of the larger brands. If you are looking for a great place with food, Metro, like great amenities, beautiful rooms, wonderful staff and a great experience, this is the place for you! They were able to help us order food and groceries to the hotel and we had no problem using translation app to communicate. Can't recommend it enough! We hope to stay again...
