Super clean everywhere Amazing staff and very greet-full Prices are high, they increased around 90 RMB while talking to the reception desk (during my reservation) which was really awkward, I’ve never had this type of incidents in my life before. Rooms are good 8/10 I didn’t like the fact that the bed is facing the toilet as an open area! My room temperature was freezing cold when I entered (AC was running @ 19 degrees) and the previous guest card was left inside… Clearly someone forgot to check it properly, most probably because I had an early check-in Coffee/Coffee machine was not available in my room, which is not normal for 5-Star hotel globally Lights’ buttons were not...

LN Garden Hotel Guangzhou is centrally located in Guangzhou. Around the hotel there are large shopping malls, subway, restaurants, business centers, entertainment areas and parks, children's entertainment areas and is centrally located and easy to reach. Hotel activities; Healt Club (Gym, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, Swiming Pool, Massage Center, Squash Court, Golf Simulator, Tennis Court, Hair Salon, Spa), Restaurants and Cafe, Business Center, Meeting Rooms, Ball Room, Lounge Bar, Reception , Concierge, Laundry Service, Free Wife. The Buffet Breakfast is free and is served in the Cascade Cafe Restaurant. The breakfast restaurant is small compared to the hotel, guests are waiting in line at the entrance. The breakfast room was sort of minimal. Tea and coffee in the pot to be served very bad, the tea I drank was cold. There was no milk in the coffee machine. When I called Service Call from the room they couldn't help me because their English was not good and they didn't understand me. When we went to the reception with my friend and gave the passport to exchange money, they lost the passport and waited exactly 1.5 hours; employees very irresponsible. My favorite place in the hotel are the Gym, Swiming Pool, Health Club, Steam Room and Angsana Spa. فندق سيئ للغايه تعامل بعض الموظفين سيئ وعدم ثقه في العميل حجزت 11 يوم من الفندق من المكاتب الامامية وقام بالحجز الموظف جيمس وابلغني الموظف انه بالافطار وعند ذهابي للمطعم قالوا ان الافطار غير مشمول بالسعر كذب علي الموظف واغراني بالسعر انه اقل من بوكنج ولم استطيع استرداد قيمة الافطار علماً ان بوكنج اقل سعر حقيقه ندمت عند مغادرتي فندق السوفتيل الذي اقمت فيه عشرة ايام وكانت رائعه ومشكلتي انني توقعت هذا الفندق افضل ولكن اتضح لي انه اسوا بكثير ولا انصح بالسكن فيه مرفق صوره لطاولة الطعام في الغرفه !!! هل هذه طاوله ترتقي لفندق بهذا المستوى حتى السرير قديم ومتقوس ، مع الاسف قمت بغسيل ملابسي عبارة عن 5 قطع بمبلغ مبالغ فيه واحضروا الملابس وكنت سوف اخرج فرفضت العامله تسليمي الملابس الا بعد الدفع قلت لها ضعيها في الغرفه وعند عودتي ادفع قالت لا واخذت الملابس بعد ان وضعتها عند عودتي دفعت المبلغ وعانيت حتى اعادوا لي ملابسي ، الفندق من الخارج والاستقبال والمنظر الخارجي رائع ولكن الغرف سيئه التعامل سيئ للغايه في موظفين الاستقبال ومديرة الاستقبال ولكن موظفين النظافه وخدمة الغرف افضل المطعم سيئ للغايه تخيلوا ان الافطار للشخص 217 رمبي والسوفتيل خيارات افضل فقط 130 رمبي ومطعم السلطان مقابل للفندق 120 رمبي افطار عربي رائع ، انصح الجميع بعدم الانبهار بمنظر الفندق هذا ماشاهده والله يشهد انني لم...
