Lift is a problem (that's why a 4 stars instead of 5), their are 6 lifts but always a long queue in dining hours, could take up to 10 mins to get in. There are always staffs there managing the queue tho so the management do their best already, not a complaint but just a fact you have...

Very packed during dinner time, there are massive queue to get on the lift for those restaurant in the building.. I actually quite worries regarding the safety when they have fire hazard... It also quite annoy for people who try to use the MTR machine.. which is very hard to get to when people are not willing to let you...
