Choosing sesame bun for bagel is wise, sesame gives a fresh smell and helps neutralising the heaviness of cheese, because cream cheese is just so overpowering the whole thing. Dessert named Stone, looks like an art piece, tasted as good as it looks. Coated with white chocolate, mousse filing is not too sweet and sponge cake adds texture to it. Served with matcha and coffee powder is adding another level of flavour.
