I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen from July 8 to July 12, 2024, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is situated in an excellent location, surrounded by plenty of dining options and a mall just a short walk away, making it very convenient for both business and leisure activities. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive; my room was spotless, and the entire property maintained high standards throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests, which made me feel welcomed. The facilities were top-notch, with my room equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delightful variety of options to start the day right. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen and would highly recommend it to anyone...

If any guest has an accident because of water leakage, it could be...
