My experience with the Hubei Business Hotel has been mixed. Perhaps this has been a good 'welcome to China' hotel for me. On one hand, it's comfortable, conveniently located, and cheap. On the other hand, the rooms are a little dirty (not wildly so, stains on the walls and such), the wifi doesn't work on my phone (firewall related), the sink water gave me diahrrea, and I found 1 medium-sized cockroach in my room over a 4 night period. Just this morning as I went to get breakfast I saw a baby roach in the hotel lobby. Be warned.
There are some interesting quirks that I could never figure out. For example, if I use the sink plug to fill the sink with water, I can't figure out how to unplug it. When I use the elevator and push my floor number, several other floors light up and I make a few stops on the way up. I have to hold the flush lever down on the toilet to make it do a full flush. Slightly unrelated, but the AC was not very potent either, though it did work.
There's a weird console that controls the lights in the room. Only some of the buttons work, and when you do hit a button you receive a very light shock and you hear an audible 'click' come from the wall - as if there is some janky electrical work done.

Also, as an aside, the location is correct on...

There are fake flowers set in the corner, which makes the room look very artistic. The water is very hot. You will feel comfortable to have a hot shower. ||||The disavantage is that the corridor is quite narrow. Some guests were talking loudly in the corridor. I remember on the 1st night when I stayed there, my neighbour turned on the TV at 4-5am and made it loud!!! It woke me up!!! And some guests returned very late after shopping and chatted loudly as well. I could even hear clearly their conversation about what they bought. I think it is better for the hotel to improve its...
