Very good experience. Food was excellent and service very good. 4 of us arrived around 6.45pm and had to wait for half hr before getting a seat. The place is huge. Spans across half of level 4, but the restaurant was crowded. We ordered the special coconut chicken soup. The 1st round of the soup was full of coconut juice. According to the display, they say that the 1st pot is filled with the juice from 4 coconuts. Very refreshing and light. The special soup had added coconut slices, red dates, bamboo pith and water chestnut. Recommend. Free flow of top up soup, but not coconut soup. If top up coconut soup it's another 22¥ so we decided not to get that. We ordered half a chicken for 4 of us. Also got the volcano beef. Thinly sliced and good. Left the coconut pieces in the soup so the coconut boiled in the soup. Coconut was a bit hard to eat. Maybe not ripe. Still tasted tasty despite top up of plain soup. Added the taro/ yam, shrimp paste and also the beancurd skins. Ordered the hydroponics vegetable which is really like farm to table. In fact the "farm" came to the table. The server helped us to peel the vegetable from the roots and put it into the soup. Good experience! Finished the meal with the Hainan refreshing dessert. Not sweet. Nice end to the meal. All in we paid 313¥ for 4 pax. May not be the cheapest but definitely value for $....
