Karen's place — Hotel in Barranquilla

I am writing this review on behalf of my girlfriend that had the reservation at the hotel. Room was cancelled by the hotel at 8pm on the day of arrival!! my partner had just arrived to the city and was waiting in a taxi line to go to the hotel when receiving a message by WhatsApp informing her that the room was no longer available. No apology was given and no reason for the cancellation even though it had been booked for several days. This left my partner alone in a city that she did not know at 8 in the evening with no where to stay. Totally...

By far the best place to stay in Barranquilla! Cleanliness, great hospitality, great location, I will come back here over and over and over again. Fantastic service...
