PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT REVIEW.
Out skirt of Zona rosa. I can not recommend this hotel as they have apparently "hotel politics" in the area that word is from the front desk agent, Sebastian.
Booked 4 nights with them.
On the second day, we booked a massage service from outsider as they do not have inhouse massage service. They were charging us 80thou COP each of the workers doing the massage. I explained to them that those people coming in are not guest and they are there to give us service. The frontdesk agent said that, everyone who goes in the room is considered guest and they have to charge. Those people are making a living earning money and not there to use water and electricity as what the hotel agent was saying about "having guest" Eventhough they can see that those workers have massage chair with them and even in uniform.
No consideration. The hotel charge more that how its worth. Unsafe area. Far walk from Zona...
Read moreThis is a nice but smaller hotel in the Zona Rosa near the Atlantis and Andino malls. The staff were very friendly and accommodating but English is limited. I had no problems at all and the people in the street don't actually bother you except for trying to get you to buy something or asking you to enter their businesses. If you do not wish to participate, a simple "no gracias" will suffice. As mentioned in the other reviews, the higher floors do offer a little more serenity but it is a vibrant area so noise will be a factor. But hey, that's the charm of the Zona Rosa, it's very alive and animated without being...
Read moreLet's start by saying there was no hotel sign. We were literally in front of the building for a few minutes looking for it. Apparently they just finished 'remodeling' and hadn't put the sign back up. I'm not exactly sure what was renovated. Nothing looked new. ||||The service was mediocre - most of the staff is pretty young, probably just graduated from school. The room was ok - the shower was on the small side. While the hotel is on the other side of the avenue to good restaurants and shops it's not somewhere I'd walk around at night. ||The hotel has free wifi but it constantly disconnects. Breakfast was also average. ||||Needless to say, I wouldn't...
