Zero stars for service if I could. Definitely the worst dining experience my wife and I have thus far in Bogota! As huge Naruto and DBZ fans we were very excited to experience this restaurant, but the service and the food definitely ruined the experience. First they were not open at 12pm as it says on their schedule one employee said they will open 1pm another said 12:30pm. We thought nothing of and just walked the area. We got there at 1pm took pictures with the anime statues, everything was great so far. Once we sat down which 1:10pm ordered our food and drinks at 1:15pm. It was literally 2:05pm no food, no drinks. We asked multiple times about the food and were just brushed off. The place wasnt even full, there was party of 8, another couple, then my wife and I. We decided were just going to leave but I wanted to speak to the manager before doing so. The service was absolutely atrocious, he explained they had an issue in the kitchen and things got backed up. That is understandable, but it is unacceptable to not update your customers and just ignore them. The food then appeared and it was definitely made in a rush. It was lacking flavor, the chicken from the fried rice well overcooked and the ramen left alot to be desired. As I told the manager, they definitely ruined the experience. By Bogota standards it is not a cheap restaurant either. They need to do better and I will never recommend this...

We ordered the vegetarian ramen as well as some veggie dumplings. First, the dumplings weren't evenly cooked but I was hungry so I ate them and once the "ramen" got to our table we realized this place thinks putting tomatoes and onions in a blender can make a proper base for vegan ramen? So we called the server and we explained the situation, she was very kind and so was all staff except the manager. He was going to make the server pay for the ramen we genuinely barely touched because "the chef said there was nothing wrong with it", we said we'd pay the bill and the server's tip but there was no way he'd make us pay for the soup they give you! He then started getting way too close to my face and then brought the chef to tell him how we said everyone there was terrible. I had to interrupt him and tell him that the only terrible person was him because he was absurdly rude! Everyone there was genuinely amazing, Im not sure about the non- vegan options but the 20 minute wait outside is not worth it. If you piss this guy off he might escort you out getting too close to your...
Read moreIchiraku Ramen Bogota Norte serves up a satisfying bowl of comfort that nearly hits all the right notes. Their signature tonkotsu ramen showcases a rich, creamy broth that's well-developed, though it could benefit from a slightly deeper complexity. The chashu pork is tender and flavorful, while the noodles maintain that essential springy texture. Their spicy miso variation particularly stands out, even if the heat level plays it somewhat safe.
What truly shines here is the impeccable service – the staff's genuine enthusiasm for Japanese cuisine is infectious, and their attentiveness makes every guest feel valued. The atmosphere masterfully captures a modern Tokyo vibe, with minimalist wooden décor, soft ambient lighting, and the energetic chorus of satisfied diners. The open kitchen concept adds an authentic touch, filling the space with the appetizing sounds and aromas of a...
