So first of all- the poker room opens at 2pm. If you're not there on time to grab a seat, you'll be waiting. I waited an hour. 100k minimum buy-in, with 3k big blind and 1k small blinds. Probably the worst thing that happened is one of the usual players decided to go walk-about and left her chips on the table for 2+ hours. Only after another player complained didn't they start to put her chips into the blinds. Frankly, they should of just removed her chips.

There's a lot of players, it's a tight room, and it gets hot. The AC needs to be turned up.

I went to play Blackjack after. 5k per hand if there are 2 players. 8k if by yourself. I've gambled in many countries and in Cali. I never had a worse dealer in my life than at this casino. Dealer miscounted multiple times, even tried to take my win thinking I bust. The dealer even miscounted when they bust, saying "22," when it was "23"R👀😳. The 2.5k chip if you hit a blackjack is a thin plastic non-denominational random "coin"? Never seen anything like it, and easy to counterfeit if someone tried. The poor pit master is running ragged trying to save his dealers from mistakes. The customer service to get drinks is a joke. I don't even think they have servers 🤷‍♂️.

Frankly, I'm really surprised at the lack of professionalism the company culture here employs. For a city of 11 million people and lots of wealth, you think there would be something better.

I really hate to say this, but the blackjack table at this casino is Rigged. I lost 650,000 columbian pesos (about $145) and I am an expert blackjack player. I've been playing it for years. I should have stopped playing early on when I realized the casino has rigged the deck and there is an UNUSUALLY HIGH number of 4s,5s, 6s and 8s. This is not a fair game, the kings, queens and 10s are not being distributed, in fact they have been removed from the deck. No fees or taxes, so it's quite clear this is the way the casino tilts the game in their favor. Makes me sick to think that they would cheat customers who are okay with loosing. I would have came back and even recommended my friends if I thought I had a fighting chance to win. But you don't here - if they cheat you with Blackjack by putting more low cards in the deck, imagine what happens with the slot machines.

This casino has lost my trust, and I will never be back. US casinos are more regulated and cannot play dirty like this...

I’ve been here before many times and yesterday the guard didn’t let me in cause I looked younger, even tho I’m +24 and I had plenty of documents to demonstrate it, they just didn’t want to check it out. People in the casino had a bad trait with me, also the chief, who didn’t even payed attention to my issue with the guard and leaving me there instead of proposing a solution or having a valid explanation. The casino was empty, thought they were busy with people but even the croupiers were waiting for people to get in. Had a good money to play blackjack but the service forced me to look into other casino’s nearby. Service has gone wrong lately, never coming back.
